FAQs

Questions about the Audit

Is the free assessment the same as the Audit?

No. The free assessment is a four-minute self-check that gives an indicative score. The Audit is a facilitated engagement with interviews, analysis and a leadership workshop.

How much time does our team need to give?

Over the three days: the sponsor’s time for intake and the leadership workshop, plus short interviews with selected leaders and staff. We keep the burden light.

Is the Audit only about AI?

AI is the lens, but the Audit also covers the data, processes, controls and skills AI depends on.

Will the findings be confidential?

Yes. Findings are shared only with your organisation, and we agree how information is handled before we begin.
