Cookie Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on www.databexx.com, why we use them and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Notice.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage and tracking pixels, work in a comparable way. We refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy.
2. How we use cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the website. We use analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you make a choice, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and the related scripts do not load.
| Category | Purpose | Consent needed |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Operating and securing the site, sending forms and remembering your cookie choices | No |
| Analytics | Understanding how visitors use the site, using aggregated statistics | Yes |
| Advertising | Measuring the effectiveness of our advertisements | Yes |
3. Managing your choices
- Cookie banner. On your first visit you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category.
- Cookie settings. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. When you switch a category off, we remove its cookies from our domain and stop loading its scripts.
- Browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as forms, from working.
Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use the website.
4. Third-party providers
Google and Meta may process data collected through their cookies as described in their own privacy notices: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy. Section 6 of our Privacy Notice explains how international transfers are protected.
5. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
